The land, measuring 10,000 square meters and adjacent to a beautiful native forest, was slightly sloping, facing north and offering the best view. The program of this house should be divided between a “day” area and a “night” area. The “night” area would be on a high floor, in order to provide “coziness and security” during this period. The “daytime” area should be on a low floor with full connection to the outside and the garden. The environments should be wide and open, many of them with verandas.
