House Lima is studio mk27's first project in Lima, Peru. Located on an urban lot, 16m wide and 30m deep, the main idea was to create the feeling for customers of living in a townhouse (houses that occupy practically the entire lot and develop on several floors), taking into account the possibilities we had regarding the layout and size of the land, and its occupancy coefficient.
